1. What are your pricing options?
Our shop minimum is $100 + HST.
Each artist sets their own pricing based on the size, detail, and complexity of your design.
You’ll receive a clear quote directly from your artist before booking.
2. Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes — all bookings require a $50 non-refundable deposit.
If you cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows forfeit the deposit.
Your deposit is applied to the final cost of your tattoo.
3. Can I see my design before the appointment?
This depends on the artist. Some of our artists work exclusively in flash and do not show designs beforehand, while others may be open to sharing artwork or meeting for a pre-appointment consult.
If seeing your design ahead of time is important to you, please mention this when booking so we can match you with the right artist.
Please note: major design changes requested late in the process may include an additional design fee, depending on the artist.
4. How long will my tattoo take?
Session length depends on:
• The size of the piece
• The detail involved
• Placement on the body
• Your artist’s specific style and process
Your artist will give you an estimated time frame during your consultation or message exchange. Every tattoo and every body is unique, so a little flexibility is always helpful.
5. Do you take walk-ins?
Yes — Walk-In Wednesdays are our dedicated weekly walk-in day.
Outside of Wednesdays, walk-ins are only accepted if an artist has time available, as most artists primarily work by appointment.
6. How should I prepare for my appointment?
To ensure the best experience:
• Eat a good meal beforehand
• Stay hydrated
• Wear comfortable, easy-access clothing
• Avoid alcohol or blood thinners for 24 hours before your session
Feel free to bring anything that helps you feel relaxed — a sweater, headphones, or comfort items.
7. How do I care for my new tattoo?
Your artist will explain aftercare before you leave the studio and provide a link to our online aftercare page.
If you have any questions while healing, please reach out — we’re always happy to help.
8. Can I bring someone with me?
Yes — you may bring one guest into the private tattoo room with you.
Any additional friends or family are welcome to relax in our cozy lounge area, which has seating, snacks, and beverages available.
9. Do you offer consultations?
Yes — consultations are free and can be done in person or online.
This helps us understand your ideas, recommend the right artist, and ensure you’re booked for the correct session length.
10. What styles do your artists specialize in?
Our collective includes artists who specialize in a wide variety of tattoo styles, including:
